WE SHIP TO ANCHORAGE.

We now ship to the Anchorage port for $99.00 per ebike.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, paypal, wire transfers, cash ( at the store ) for payment.

Warranty

Plain and simple warranty. All Vtuvia Ebikes are covered under a manufacturer limited warranty. Frame 1 year.Electrical Components 1 year.

All Himiway Ebikes are covered under a mfg 2 year warranty.

What is your return policy?

15 day return policy.

We stand by Vtuvia and Himiway ebike products as we have been selling them for several years now. If for any reason due to a mfg issue we will return and pay for the shipping. If you choose not to keep the bike on your own accord you are responsible for the shipping cost incurred. If the ebike has more than 10 miles registered on it, Scratches and is not resalable for us there is a 20% charge.
