For a nice leisurely ride choose the cadence sensor e-bike. The pedal assist levels are adjustable just as the torque sensor e-bikes are. With Torque sensor eBikes you may feel more in tune with the bike but it'll take much more effort because the pedal assist activates by the more effort you give where as a cadence sensor e-bike you'll still have to get effort but you'll see that there's not as much required.
